Lord's Prayer with an Email Twist
I got a clever email from an associate of mine, David Baker with Agency.com. I thought it was good enough to blog about for a quick chuckle:
I had been teaching my three-year old daughter
the Lord's Prayer for several evenings at bedtime.
She would repeat after me the lines from the prayer.
Finally, she decided to go solo.
I listened with pride as she carefully enunciated each
word, right up to the end of the prayer:
"Lead us not into temptation," she prayed,
"but deliver us from E-mail."

Spam + God. No thanks.
Religion is personal. My initial reaction to this email was a slight chuckle of yet another scam. The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I got.
The "Bank of Nigeria" spam scam has now evolved to a poorly written "God and pity" email with a strong subject line. Decide for yourself if this email really resonates with you. If so, don't send me any God Spam. Spam and God do not mix.
